Mr. Robert L. Clayton earned his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of New Mexico.  He worked for Duval Mining, Southwest Gas and T.A. CAID Industries for 19 years before starting his own consulting business in 1994. His business, R. Clayton International Enterprises, focused on providing flotation equipment to the mining industry. In this role, Mr. Clayton served as consultant for MIM Technologies, Xstrata Technology, J.S. Kanel & Associates and Eastman Chemical Company. He has designed, constructed and installed flotation cells throughout the world and has 15 years of experience growing and harvesting algae in various North American and African locations.
