Charles Willson Harris has more than 35 years of professional experience developing diversified aquaculture projects. He holds a B.S. degree in Aquatic Sciences from the University of Florida and a M.S. degree in Fisheries and Allied Aquacultures from Auburn University. Mr. Harris specializes in water resource assessment and industrial project planning by providing: 1) site evaluation/feasibility and system design analysis; 2) land-based aquaculture facility design, engineering and construction; 3) business organization and fiscal management for the aquaculture enterprise; and 4) design, installation and operation of aerobic bacterial bioremediation systems for intensive aquaculture and environmental restoration. Mr. Harris has designed and constructed aquaculture facilities for companies located throughout the world. He is currently developing a site in the state of Sinaloa on the central Mexican coast.
